THE LITTLEST SANCTUARY

Logan has been with us since 2014, after being rescued from a home that wasn’t prepared to meet her needs. Bought on impulse, she was left without proper heat or lighting, becoming weak and unresponsive. With care and time, she recovered - now thriving in the warmth she was once denied. She enjoys weekly warm baths, fresh vegetables, dandelion pellets, and long walks under the summer sun. Every day, we ensure she has the right environment to stay healthy and active, giving her the best life we can after being born into captivity. Providing for Logan and others like her takes dedication, but seeing her bask happily makes it all worthwhile.

Little has been with us since 2016, bringing endless energy and curiosity to every day. At 8 years old, he’s always on the move, dashing around his space and exploring every corner. Originally from a home that wasn’t ready for his needs, he lacked the right care and environment. Now, he thrives with proper heat, lighting, and plenty of space to burn off his energy. He loves fresh vegetables, dandelion pellets, and his favourite - long stretches of activity under the Summer sun. Giving Little the life he deserves takes dedication, but watching him thrive makes it all worthwhile.

We rescued Hammy Styles in 2024, an unwanted little guy who’s made himself right at home! He’s a master nest-builder, a food hoarder, and has the quirky habit of using his sand bath as a bin for snacks he doesn't like.

We rescued Gerbil Bieber in 2024 after he was no longer wanted, and he’s settled in perfectly! He’s a pro at building nests, stashing food, and constantly redecorating his home to his liking.

We welcomed Squishy into our lives in 2024 after she was cast aside, and she’s thriving! She’s a master nest-builder, an expert at hiding snacks, and absolutely loves to climb.

We rescued Sharon in 2023 after her previous owners, struggling with the cost of living, rationed her heat and UV bulbs to save electricity. Months of inadequate care left her sluggish, unfamiliar with climbing, and uninterested in vegetables. It quickly became clear she had been deprived of proper enrichment, likely never given the chance to climb and fed only insects without the transition to greens that bearded dragons need as they mature. With consistent access to proper lighting, a balanced diet rich in supplemented vegetables, regular baths, and plenty of climbing opportunities, she has transformed. Now, she’s full of energy, scaling every surface she can and eagerly devouring her greens.

Bean joined us in 2024 after his previous guardian could no longer care for him due to a change in living situation. Now safe and thriving, he spends his days climbing to his heart’s content and indulging in his favourite treats - mango and banana 🥭 🍌 

Stevie came to us in 2024, she came from a home that had got her for their children and they lost interest in her. She was very underweight but now doing well under our care.

Kevin, big and boisterous, came to us in 2024 from the same place as Stevie.
